Alexandra Bech Gjørv is CEO of SINTEF, one of Europe's largest research institutes with significant research activity in the energy industry. Gjørv has a broad industrial background from senior positions in Equinor and Norsk Hydro, where she was responsible for the development of the companies' business within new energies. Gjørv has previously served as chair leader of Eidsiva Energi and board member of French Technip, as well as in Schibsted, Norske Skog and NRK. Gjørv is a lawyer and was partner in the law firm Hjort in 2009-2015, where she worked with labor law, energy law and audits. She also led the July 22 commission.

Bente Sollid Storehaug is CEO and partner in Wizaly Nordic AS. She started Digital Hverdag AS and led the company through mergers and acquisitions until stock exchange listing in Stockholm. Since 2000, she has worked independently as an investor and mentor and directorships for both start-ups and listed companies. In the last five years, she has been co-founder and chairman of the company DotGlobal AS. She is also chairman of the Boostcom Group and board member of the Eika Group, Europris and The Future Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science, and is an approved communications advisor at the Norwegian School of Economics.

Mr. Næss retired from the position as CFO of DNB ASA on March 1st 2017, a position he held for 9 years. He was previously EVP and CFO in Aker Kværner ASA. Prior to this, he held similar positions in Orkla and Carlsberg (Denmark). Næss has extensive experience from executive positions both in Norway and abroad over the past 25 years. Næss is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and has also completed an executive program at Darden Business School in the USA.

Bård Vegar Solhjell is General Secretary of World Wildlife Fund (WWF) since March 2018. He is deputy chairman of the Fritt Ord Foundation, and is a member of the Board of The Oslo School of Architecture and Design and the By:larm festival. Earlier, Solhjell was a politician at the national level. He has been Minister of the Environment, Minister of Knowledge and State Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office in the government of Jens Stoltenberg. From 2009-2017 he served as Deputy Representative of Akershus, and from 2007-2015 he was Deputy in Sosialistisk Venstreparti. Solhjell has a degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo.

Mari Tjømøe runs her own investment and consulting company. She has board positions in, among others, the Danish insurance group Tryg AS, Scatec Solar ASA, TF Bank AB (Chairman), Norconsult AS (Deputy Chairman), Nordic Mining ASA and Sintef's Board of Directors. For several years, she was the Chairman of the Norwegian Investor Relations Association. Tjømøe was the deputy chairman of the board and chairs the audit committee in E-CO from 2013-2018. She was former CFO and acting CEO of Norwegian Property, CFO in the life insurance company KLP Forsikring and SVP in Statoil ASA (Equinor). Mari Tjømøe is a Business Economist from the Norwegian Business School / American Graduate School of International Business and CFA / Authorized Financial Analyst

Jan Petter Knudsen joined in 1981 Vinstra Kraftselskap, which is majority owned by Hafslund E-CO. Knudsen holds a professional certificate as a machine technician and now works in Eidsiva Vannkraft’s technical department at Lillehammer. He has held various positions of trust in the workers union EL and IT Forbundet and is the leader of EL and IT Forbundet’s department in Eidsiva Vannkraft. In addition, he has been national secretary of EL og IT Forbundet. Knudsen is an employee-elected member of the board of Eidsiva Vannkraft.

Gunnar Ola Braaten joined E-CO Energi's operations department in 2006. He is educated as an electrical engineer and works as an operations coordinator at E-CO Energi's operations center at Gol. He was previously employed in NSB's maintenance unit and in Jernbaneverket (Bane NOR). Braaten is elected as a shop steward for the workers union NITO and has been an employee-elected member of the board of E-CO Energi Holding since 2018.

Arvid Amundsen joined E-CO Energi in 1987 and works in the maintenance department at Hol. He was elected as a shop steward in the workers union EL and IT Forbundet's department Hallingdal–Aurland–Solbergfoss in 2006-2008, and during the same period was elected to the board of E-CO Vannkraft. He has been a shop steward, safety delegate and chief safety delegate for several periods. Amundsen is now the chair shop steward in the EL and IT Association's club Hallingdal–Aurland–Solbergfoss and was an employee-elected board member of E-CO Energi Holding in 2016-2018.
